About us

Our company originates outside of Georgia, where we have built about 100 residential houses and 3 rural settlements over the course of 20 years. Taking into account the experience that the “Hubmsheni” team gained in the international arena, it turned out that people are more and more attracted to quiet and green settlements, where they can live in a calm, Living in a comfortable and ecologically clean environment. It is also an important task that this settlement is close to a big city, which will make it easier to be in the daily routine of the city, but avoid all the disadvantages that come with it. The main goal of “Hubmsheni” is to offer the population an alternative to such a busy and environmentally polluted city, which includes green areas near Tbilisi, with comfortable and modern houses, which are fully provided by our team of professionals.
